Reverse transсriptase M-MuLV–RH
M-MuLV -RH - genetically modified reverse transcriptase (revertase) of mouse leukemia virus (M-MuLV). The enzyme exhibits RNA- and DNA-dependent polymerase activity, but lacks RNase H activity. M-MuLV-RH exhibits optimal activity at 42°C (active up to 50°C). The kit also includes 5 × RT-buffer-mix, which contains all the necessary components for the operation of reversetase, except for primers and RNA template.
